General Information

Nope. We’re an exclusively online store.

All our t-shirts are UNISEX baby! All you XX and XY chromosomes can look uber-cool in our tees and show off your city-love! Our fabric and fit are made such that it looks fabulous on both men and women, so you've got nothin' to worry about.

Product Care & Safety

The fabric care instructions are printed on the t-shirt tag. Please wash your t-shirt inside out to increase durability of your prints. Also, do not iron the print directly.

Each t-shirt is given double protection - first a muslin bag and secondly an envelope.

Shipping & Delivery

Based on the weight of your total order and your location, here are the following shipping methods that we provide:

  • Local pick up: This makes sense mostly for San Francisco Bay Area residents. You may choose to come and pick up your order at a local spot (will be announced shortly), every Sunday. It’s a great chance meet us and get sizes exchanged on the spot. If that doesn’t work for you, you can choose to have it shipped to you, but that’s not as much fun! For those who live outside the Bay Area and have travel plans to visit the Bay Area soon, you could choose this option and hold your order with us. When you do come into town, you can meet us at one of our local pick ups!
  • USPS First Class: This method is our most economical option, for a total order of lesser than 3 t-shirts. You will receive your order within 1-7 business days after placing it online, depending on your location.
  • USPS Parcel Post: This is a good method to choose for larger shipments at an economical rate. You will receive your order within 2-9 business days after placing it online.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Here, your order delivers within 2 business days in most cases. For larger orders, you have flat-rate options available.
  • USPS Express Flat Rate: USPS guarantees overnight delivery to most locations with this method. It is available 365 days through the year and has insurance up to $100 included.
Our current online shipping platform only allows shipping within USA and Canada. For everyone outside of this region, please email us with your request. We will send you a final quote including shipping rates for your country.

Payment Options & Security

Most definitely! Our e-commerce platform transfers all sensitive information via secure HTTPS protocol, with an SSL certificate to ensure secure checkout. That means, all your payments details and credit card information are transmitted via a secure platform that will not compromise your information.
Currently, we accept only online payments via our Paypal account. You can choose to use your Paypal account to pay us or if you don’t have one, you can use your credit/debit card through Paypal to credit our account. It’s that simple!

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you buy from us. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. We don't accept returns or exchanges after the 10 day period.

Email us for a return form. Once we provide you with one, indicate what you're returning and why. Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or simplycity credit. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address, and order number along with the items that you're returning. You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.

All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept washed items. If a washed item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you.

You can only exchange the size of the order. We won’t be replacing one design with another. The replacement size will be shipped 5-10 days after we receive the item for exchange. Please email us for an exchange form. Shipping costs apply.

User Account Information

You will be directed to the account opening page when you checkout with item(s) in your cart. You can choose to checkout and pay without creating an account too, it's not a must. Creating an account helps you track your orders and save addresses, which makes for easier checkout in the future.

To sign-in, you can click on "Our Store" and there will be a sign-in link just above the product listing.

Nope, you can place an order without being a member. If you do sign up to be a member (It's FREE!), you can track your order status and save addresses for future checkouts!

Troubleshooting

Paypal can be a pain sometimes :) If your credit card is not being accepted or you receive an error message saying "Unable to process payment", here are a few checks to make from your end:

  • Check your contact and order details once more to make sure they aren't incorrect. Our system identifies invalid shipping addresses.
  • Check your credit card information and if it has the right billing address attached to it.
  • Check your internet connectivity, this is usually the issue in most cases.
  • Refresh your page, clear your browser cache and try again. You can also try again after 30 mins, that usually helps.
  • Try to stick with Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your browsers. Internet Explorer is, well, Internet Explorer :P !
  • If all else fails, please send us a screenshot of your error page and send us an email with all details and we'll get in touch with you within 48 hours.

Our online e-commerce platform uses Java script and so if your security network (office/home) is pretty stringent, the page will not load. Alter your network settings if you can and you're ready to shop!
